  • A survey before a single price is quoted

    An engineer walks the property, identifies the blind spots and the routes an intruder would actually use, and specifies the cameras around that.

  • HD and IP cameras that hold up at night

    Camera choice, lens and positioning are matched to each view, so you get footage clear enough to be useful rather than a grainy shape in the dark.

  • Remote viewing on your phone or tablet

    Check the property live from anywhere, review recordings, and get motion alerts. We set the app up with you and show you how it works before we leave.

  • Tidy, concealed cabling

    Cables run out of sight wherever the building allows. If there's redundant wiring from a previous installer, we'll take it away.

  • Recording, storage and GDPR sense-checking

    Sensible retention periods, and honest advice on camera positioning where a system overlooks a neighbour or a public footpath.

  • Handover, then ongoing maintenance

    We don't install and disappear. Annual servicing keeps the system working, and there's a 24/7 emergency call-out if something goes wrong.

It depends on how many cameras you need, the type of property and how the cabling has to run — which is exactly why we survey first rather than quoting a number over the phone. The survey and the written quote are both free, and there's no obligation to go ahead.

Most residential installations are completed within one to two days. Commercial sites vary with size and complexity, but we'll tell you the expected duration in the quote and work to minimise disruption.

Yes. Our systems support live viewing and playback from your phone or tablet, with motion alerts if you want them. We set it up with you at handover and make sure you're comfortable using it.

Often, yes. If you've inherited a system or your previous installer has gone quiet, we can take a look and tell you honestly whether it's worth maintaining or replacing.
