    Intruder alarms are graded by risk. We survey the property and specify the right grade — which is what insurers ask about when it matters.

  • Wired or wireless, whichever suits the building

    Wireless systems like Ajax install quickly with minimal mess, which suits finished homes. Wired can be the better answer on new builds and larger sites. We'll tell you which and why.

  • Detection that doesn’t cry wolf

    Sensors chosen and positioned to account for pets, heating, and the way you actually use the building — because an alarm you stop trusting is worse than no alarm.

  • App control and alerts

    Arm and disarm from your phone, see the status of every zone, and get an alert the moment something triggers.

  1. Free site survey

    An engineer visits, assesses the entry points and vulnerable areas, and asks how you use the building.

  2. Written quotation

    A clear, itemised quote for the specified system, including grade, sensors and any monitoring.

  3. Installation

    Most residential systems are installed in one to two days. Tidy work, and we clear up properly.

  4. Handover and aftercare

    We walk you through arming, disarming and the app, then keep the system serviced.

Alarm questions we get asked most

Book a free survey

It depends on the size of the property, the grade of system required and how many sensors it needs — which is why we survey first rather than quoting blind. The survey and written quote are free and carry no obligation.

Insurers usually specify a grade of system. Tell us what yours has asked for and we'll specify accordingly — and if you're not sure, we can help you work out what to ask them.

Neither, universally. Wireless installs faster with far less disruption in a finished home; wired can be more appropriate on larger or newly built sites. We'll recommend based on your building, not on what's easier for us.

An activation goes to an approved monitoring centre rather than just sounding a bell. They verify and escalate, so something happens even when you're away or asleep. It's optional and priced separately.
